By ordering, you accept the shipping terms as follows.
Processing/Delivery Time:
The orders are processed within 1-3 business days (exclusive of Sundays and public holidays).
Processing will be delayed in times of peak volumes, sales, or promotions, or as aresult of conditions out of our control.
Upon processing an order, the shipping confirmation email with tracking number (if available) will be emailed to the email provided by the customer.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Free Shipping: 2-9 business days
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping: 7-25 business days (subject to destination)
Expedited International Shipping: 5-15 business days
Process of customs clearing may cause delays beyond our quoted shipping date.
Estimated shipping time and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances like customs clearance, weather, and courier delay.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fee is paid at checkout and will depend on shipping carrier, package
weight, and destination.
Free shipping offers will be provided on qualifying orders and presented at
checkout.
On international orders, there may be customs charges, duty charges, and
shipping charges imposed by the importing nation and charged to the customer.
Order Tracking
Order tracking (where possible) will be e-mailed from shipping point.
Tracking might be performed with the link on the e-mail that acknowledges your order.
If within 5 working days, you fail to receive any notification of tracking update, please contact our support team at support@harmonxia.com.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
HarmonXia will not be held liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or any other unexpected events.
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us to assist. We will contact the courier to have it sorted out.
For undelivered packages (reported delivered but not received), customers may be required to file a claim at the carrier’s location.
Error In Delivery & Address Verification
Customers are asked to double check their delivery address while placing an order.
If an order is rejected for having an incomplete or wrong delivery address, re-delivery shipping charges will need to be borne.
HarmonXia will not be held accountable for non-deliveries owing to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Customs & Duties Overseas
Shipping overseas will incur customs duties and taxes based on destination
nation.
The purchaser is responsible for custom duties their nation imposes.
Clearing customs can be longer than our shipping estimates.
