Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Satisfaction is our number one priority at HarmonXia. The following Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are given.

You agree to the following terms by placing an order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns can be requested by customers within 30 days of receiving their order.
Products should be unused, unbroken, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sales item or goods, Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Products that cannot be returned include:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Digital downloads
  3. Final sale or clearance items
  4. Tailor-made or custom-made products
  5. Products with hygiene concerns (e.g., face masks, underwear, beauty products) unless defective or incorrect
  6. Sales Item or Goods

Return Procedure

To return an item, customers must:

  1. Inform our customer service at support@harmonxia.com with order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return request confirmation and follow instructions provided.
  3. Ship the product securely in a package and use a traceable delivery method.
  4. HarmonXia is not responsible for returns that are lost or never arrive.
  5. The customer is responsible for return shipping except if the product shipped was defective or the wrong product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
If the replacement is not available for the product of their choice, a full refund is given instead.
The customer has 7 days from the delivery date to notify us for consideration of exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

For a customer to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they should notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence. We may substitute or provide a full refund after confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@harmonxia.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

HarmonXia reserves the right to change or alter this policy at any time.
Changes are effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
